At BibBoutique.com, your satisfaction is our top priority. We are proud of the quality and craftsmanship of our adult bibs and are confident that you will be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not fully meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 90-day return policy.

Returns Made Easy

If, for any reason, you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund or exchange within 90 days of the purchase date. We will also cover the cost of return shipping to ensure a hassle-free experience.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Us: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page or simply send an e-mail to BibBoutiqueShop@gmail.com. Provide your order number and the reason for the return, and we will assist you with the process.

  2. Prepare Your Return: Once your return request is approved, we'll send you a prepaid shipping label via email. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of the package.

  3. Ship It Back to Us: Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location. There is no charge to you for the return shipping.

  4. Receive Your Refund or Exchange: Upon receiving your return, we will process your refund or exchange immediately. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment. If you opt for an exchange, we will ship your new item(s) as soon as we receive the return.

Items Eligible for Return

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and packaging intact.
  • Customized items are only returnable if the customizations were incorrectly applied or if the product is defective.

Exceptions to the Return Policy

  • Items marked as final sale cannot be returned.
  • Returns initiated after 90 days from the purchase date are not eligible for refund or exchange.
